We are located in Burbank CA. Pickup options are available. We also offer delivery (at a small fee) in Los Angeles county. We offer premium or standard shipping for orders under $150. For items over $150 value, we only offer premium shipping. All items will be packages as needed to keep them in the best condition possible. However, we do recommend if you are local to pick up the wigs in person. Depending on order volume: Ground orders received by 3:00PM (PST), Monday-Friday, will be processed the within 48 hours and shipped within 5-7 business days. Priority and overnight orders will shipped within 48 hours if received by 3:00 PM (PST), Monday-Friday. Large orders subject to longer lead times. Shipping prices are based on weight through Fedex & UPS algorithms.

We recommend that you use 99% alcohol to gently clean the lace of your hairpiece. NEVER UE OIL BASED REMOVERS/CLEANERS ON LACE PIECES. Not only will this will create challenges when reapplying in the future, but the oils can break down and deteriorate the lace.
